We are not affiliated with any restoration company, franchise, or insurer. We do not perform mitigation , remediation or restoration. We do not dispatch anyone. We do not sell leads, and we do not receive referral fees from contractors.

That independence is not a marketing line. It is the only reason a page here can tell you not to sign the document a technician is holding, and it is the reason we take a permanent revenue cut by refusing to monetise the emergency, insurance, health, mold, biohazard and assistance sections at all.

Nothing, at launch. The site is information-only: no phone numbers, no lead forms, no call CTAs anywhere.

Later, display advertising and affiliate links on genuinely homeowner-appropriate products — moisture meters, water alarms and automatic shutoff valves, smoke and CO alarms, HEPA vacuums, respirators, hygrometers. Never on remediation services, biocides, professional drying equipment, ozone generators, or anything requiring certification to handle. Affiliate links are permanently prohibited on the emergency, events, insurance, mold, biohazard, health and assistance sections, and on any page marked as requiring a professional.
