## What a valid notice must include # Link to this section

 
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed

- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — a URL is best

- Your contact information

- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized

- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

 

## What we do # Link to this section

We review notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where the notice is valid.

## Counter-notice # Link to this section

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction.

## Repeat infringers # Link to this section

We terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
